I'm fascinated by what the rest of the world thinks of the US (more on this later), so I seek out articles like this one. The fourth- and third-to-last graphs of the article (not the first page) contain the first mention that I've seen of what is probably the worst idea yet to come out of the whole post-Sept. 11th US anti-terrorism imbroglio, and that's saying something. |
