I'm at home in Nova for this Thanksgiving holiday. We hosted this year, 17 members of the extended family and family friends (20 for dessert), and it was a lot of fun, especially since I didn't have to do any of the work. Well, I helped move some chairs and tables around, but I wasn't up at 7 AM preparing the ungodly-sized turkey. Sadly, Brandon went back to UVa tonight, so the rest of this weekend could be pretty boring. But tonight is kegs at some dude who went to high school with me's house, and hopefully a lot of people from my class will show up. It's like a preview for our 5-year reunion, I guess. Weird. |
